Does a person have to have n number of posts before he is considered reliable?

I am just trying to provide some data points for the tracking analysis and sheesh! the brickbats flying make me wonder if I should have posted this in the first place!

I am starting to see a trend in the receipt notices.
Some of the people reporting getting recepit notices this week (yesterday and today) have LUDs of 07/28/07. My thinking is that This week will see receipt notices for everyone with an LUD of 07/28/07
HOPEFULLY next week will see receipt notices for 08/05/2008. This is just my observation.
People please post your LUDs for your I-140, the service center AND how your receipt numbers start (SRC vs LIN) each time you post a receipt notice.
NOT TURE MY LUD IS NOT UPDATED. Rcvd receipts yesterday see below.....
ote: Checks got cashed after 2 days of Receipts.

485 -- July 2nd 11:30a.m
Receipt rcvd -- Aug 10th (Rcvd copy of receipts Aug 13th).
LUD Not updated.

i think v r f'ed up big time; part of the problem was setting our hopes higher.
on another note, if some ppl call this a rumor, I would say this is US and "almost all" rumors in US are true.
I just hope its not true.
Vldrao is not a god. His assumptions are based on the facts from USCIS data, Do you know that 22k visas were not issued. If yes,quote that. Nobody knows and all are playing guessing game. Leave him alone.

This interview EXPOSED how un-informed and careless and whimsical are IOs in handling cases. MEMO should have been framed on their desks/mind....we don't have to remind these guys. In one moment they can deny as important a petition as AOS and just in a flash second they can approve it. They won't make any effort to dig out relevant info. It is like fliping a coin...plain luck when it comes to GC.

This was such a shock to me, the IO had NO IDEA what was in folder, asked stupid questions and attempted to deny the case improperly - and then I kicked in and explained the story.... That really sucks.

What US will do is also non-deterministic. To gauge it, you can only try to understand the sentiments currently running in politics. Anyway, if you look at the issue I am bringing up, it has the potential to grant everyone their freedom. But maybe I am talking to the wrong person, because you already have your EAD .. well your brains are also welcome in solving the puzzle

First of all hiring someone on tourist visa was illegal, You had not thought about the safety of your child while doing it and without proper background check or reference checks hiring someone for nanny or anything like that involving children can be risky. There are instances of abuse which certainly will go un noticed.
From a legal perspective, Did u have a written contract for nanny, even if you sue the person you might not be able to recover anything and hiring an illegal may land you in trouble.
You can file for prosecution under child abuse and I am sure this case would be prosecuted legally, even though the care provider was un-licensed and illegal alien. Your proof however (video recording someone without consent) may be disputed.
But the bigger question is your admission of entering into contract with individual not permitted by law to engage into such contracts. This might be mis-denemor or something greater. Check your legal options first.

yep..very few care about EB, its all EB2 these days, one of the reasons i am very close to giving up, difficult to convince people these days. I am guessing that most EB3 I's have simply given up or have been bulldozed aside. We know for a fact that there are thousands in a similar situation, but they dont seem/want or care to voice their opinions.
I see that the above discussion keeps on going on about EB-2 only. Doesn't anyone at IV care about EB-3 I also . I am sure there are a few EB-3 I people at IV who are suffering from retrogression , myself included.
